Custom element doesnt exist: bubble-card (Fully Kiosk on Fire Tablet)

Any one using the bubble card as a pop up on Fire Tablet running fully kiosk

I get the error above, its common the author said search the forums which I have but cant find a sollution that works
I have added
frontend: extra_module_url: - /hacsfiles/Bubble-Card/bubble-pop-up.js
- to my config file, no change.

I had a similar error earlier after installing the Beta version of Bubble Card but now any pages which use Bubble Card will not appear on a device running Fully Kiosk.
