Custom:button-card: image is broken

I am going a bit nuts here, as I thought is a simple task.

I followed here where I had copied all the code, but somehow the image is broken. I have tried uploading 3 different images to test as it could be the image’s problem but I had no luck. I tried clearing the cache from Chrome, restarted HA, I am just not sure what’s wrong?

Try with a simple i.e switch or light
As Your Picture ends up in an Input_boolean basically “as a file”

Thank you both for your replies and I had done both of your recommendations and still doesn’t work

1. changed to a light
2. put the images under “WWW” folder (where I already have)

use only /local/xxxx.jpg … dont think your instance is at you.domain
