Custom integration for cars that use the CarLinko app (Chery Group connected BEV and PHEV — e.g. Jaecoo, Omoda, and other models on the same cloud). Live state over the CarLinko WebSocket (cloud_push); remote commands go through the official cloud API.

Behaviour
- Push updates from the CarLinko WebSocket; entities are added or removed when the car reports capabilities (PHEV fuel, direct TPMS, remote controls, etc.).
- Configurable cost helpers (tariff, petrol price, economy); currency from HA Settings → General.
