Custom Integration: Volkswagen WeConnect ID (Europe)

I made it working again, I just modified the required version in the manifest file /config/custom_components/volkswagen_we_connect_id/manifest.json
with the latest version in WeConnect-python repository

Restarted home assistant and then did the login again with identity.vwgroup.io credentials from the Volkswagen We Connect ID integration
