Customisation of Nibe heat pump integration

I have connected my Alpha Innotec HT 12Split heat pump to the Home Assistant, using the Nibe Heat Pump integration and ESPHome based Nibegw.

Everything seems to be working, but none of the preconfigured heat pump models matches mine exactly - there are some modbus registers, which do not exist in any of the preconfigured models.

Hence, the question - how to create a custom model (or modify an existing one)?
