I’ve had the same dashboard running for at least two months on multiple iPads, mostly but not all the same model, until 2025.12.2 Core and an official app update around the same time. It seems to have increased the font size and also decided that my largest resolution iPad should now use 2/3 the screen width. This is the newest of my iPads and the older ones with slightly lower resolution are still mostly fine. I have completely factory reset and reinstalled the newest iPad with no change. They’re all running iPadOS 18.7 with default text sizes.
The only extras used are browser-mod for notifications and display on/off, button-card for the push to toggle buttons, card-mod for card colors, and kiosk-mode for hiding the header in non-Admin mode. These have all been in place the whole time.
Another observation using the local site: my MacBook Pro has the width cut off and the over-height top button row… my Mac Mini M1 does not. Both using same Safari version.
My other dashboards on the newest iPad are unaffected by these problems. However, as I was typing this, my M1 browser refreshed and now I have scroll bars on the buttons and card-mod stopped working… that’s new.
2025.11 introduced overflow-y: auto on various cards, which is why you are seeing scrollbars. See 🔹 Card-mod - Add css styles to any lovelace card - #9326 by dcapslock for more information.
