Setup:
- Windows 10 laptop
- VirtualBox 7.x with HA OS 17.2 VDI
- Bridged network adapter
- ICH9 chipset, UEFI enabled, Secure Boot disabled
Problem:
Add-ons does not appear in Settings menu.
/hassio/dashboard returns 404.
What I've confirmed:
- Supervisor is healthy and connected (Observer shows Connected/Supported/Healthy)
- hassio actions appear in Developer Tools
- docker exec homeassistant find / -name "panel-hassio*" returns nothing
- docker exec hassio_supervisor find / -name "panel-hassio*" returns nothing
- Internet access works from Supervisor container
- ha supervisor repair does not fix it
- ha core rebuild does not fix it
