ok, so i al running hassos 1.12 , bougth a zigbee stick
now i want to install deconz on my hassos
i am referred to this setup here :

do i just need to run those docker commands in terminal?
because on this page :
It works both as a standalone container as well as with HASS.io.
so it works with hass.io , but what does that mean? is there an alternative method then?
if i run the docker in terminal , i get this screen, not sure if i want to enable it
