Deconz + ConBee II + Load Backup = No devices

I’ve problems to get my deconz devices to home assistant. I add the ConBee stick to the raspberry pi 3B+ port, install the deconz app and change the needed config to “device”: “/dev/ttyACM0”. Then I go to the Webpage (Phoscon App) and load my backup. If I now go to the Integration page and click on configure the Deconz zigbee Gateway (previously I press the “connect app” button in phoscon) then the deconz zigbee gateway with 00000000000000 appear under “configured”. But there are no devices in there. In the Phoscon webpage I can see all my bulbs and switches. I tried to delete and reconfigure it but with same results :frowning: . If I dont load my backup, then the gatway and daylight appears as devices.

This is my deconz log:

Restart Deconz addon:

The log looks like the connection is working and Zigbee messages are sent and received.

After loading the backup, have you tried to re-login into the Phoscon App?

After the backup the webpage is offline and I have to restart the addon. Then I re-login and press on “connect app” and try to integrate the gateway to home assistant. But still no devices :frowning:

Here is the Hass.io log:

I can’t help with this issue. However, could i just say it’s good to see the deconz development team further represented here. There’s a lot of deconz users here so the support here could help you improve the product and give you a lot more satisfied users.

I’m so stupid. I add the gateway to the integration page. BUT then I didnt press the big + button to add my devices :pensive: Now everything works ^^

I have no devices showing in the DeConz intergratoin either, nor do any of my devices show up in the entity registry.
There is no big + button in the DeConz intergration - it just says no devices.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Go to:
/config/integrations/dashboard

Bottom right you find the + Button! Then add the deconz module.
