I’m using hass.io and do have a full backup from earlier today (through hass.io snapshot). Is there a way to get the card back? I really don’t want to sets all the entities again

No ha expert here, but I believe a good place to start looking in the snapshot would would be homeassistant\storage\lovelace… the actual syntax in the snapshot structure is a little different, but that should point the way to the file you need.
Nothing specified Lovelace per say so I didn’t want to take any chance and removing some other stuff I did so I ended up redoing it Not sure if I can run rsync with hass.io. I’ll see what I can do do have more finite backups.
