Deleted Belkin Wemo integration comes back with every reset

I got rid of all of my Belkin Wemo devices long ago, then I deleted the integration, or so I thought.
Every time Home Assistant reboots, whether manually, or automatically, the Belkin Wemo integration shows up again in my list of integrations. When I notice it, I remove it. it stays gone until the next reset, then it comes back again.
I’ve tried just removing/deleting it. I’ve tried disabling it and then removing it. It doesn’t matter. It always comes back enabled with no devices attached to it at the next reset. This has been going on for over a year across multiple versions of Home Assistant, including the latest.

It’s not really a big deal, it doesn’t seem to do anything, it’s just an annoyance. like throwing an old pair of shoes away over and over and they keep showing up again under the bed.

Open the Integration and then the Device List.
Remove the Devices first, then the Integration.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I removed all of those devices long ago, before the first time I removed the integration.
There are currently no Wemo devices anywhere. AFAIK, those have never come back when the integration does.
I suspect that there’s a broken stub of something hidden somewhere, buried in some YAML that I’ve been unable to find.

I found the problem. As I suspected, I found some disconnected Wemo static device references in my main configuration.yaml file. I commented those out, removed the integration again, and restarted Home Assistant, and for the first time in a very long time, the Wemo Integration didn’t come back! I think that was it. Thanks pyberg for the suggestion.
Now I’ll go back and remove those commented lines.
