Denon AVR Get Command Not Working

My understanding is that this should change the Quick Select setting. Instead, it does nothing.

I definitely have the correct IP and port: I can access the web control interface at that address in my browser. But it’s giving me an “invalid port: ‘8080http:’” error. Which confuses me since that’s not the port in the URL.

The command should be:
command: /goform/formiPhoneAppDirect.xml?MSQUICK2
