with the new device_builder desktop app, we can update my devices that are in HA Esphome app-add-on
however, upon the latesT update 2026.8.0, I get this error on 3 of the 4 of them…
why on earth should I have to agree to XCODE or anything related when updating my esphome devices?
also, checking the link at the bottom shows my config is just fine..
Those 4 devices I have are 2 Olimex bt proxies, and 2 Atom M5 stack devices. 1 of those is an VA Echo, and that updated fine. the other is configured to be a BT proxy, and also failed
After having closed my Desktop, and updating from within the HA app inside iOS app, the devices updated properly.
