Desperate need of help in choosing an outdoor webcam

Hello,
I am in desperate need of help in choosing an outdoor webcam. I am a U.S. senior citizen on a fixed income, so I could really use help in picking out a webcam with as much of the following “requirements” as possible:

  1. WiFi capability is preferred.

  2. HD resolution with Pan and Tilt capabilities (Zoom would be nice but if it’s HD it isn’t required).

  3. NO subscription required to access all of the camera’s features.

  4. “Plug and Play”. This is kind of an important issue to me.

  5. Reliability. Should also have good customer support and is widely supported across this and other forums.

  6. Must be as affordable as possible. As I am on a fixed income, this is also important.

I realize I’m basically asking for the impossible, it’s just that I have had a recent bad experience with a brand called “EVERSECU”. I bought a 4-pack of web cams and mounted them myself and 2 of the 4 cameras failed within a month, and the other two required frequent trips using a ladder to reset the cameras. A speedy response would be very appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Hello, are you aware this forum is dedicated to the Home Assistant software? This post seems more like a general question unrelated to the forum topic.

Thank you for your quick reply. Yes, I am aware that this forum is designed for the Home Assistant program and the various devises that can interface with it. That is why I posted it here. I am looking for real users that have had webcams interface with Home Assistant. I would like to know what webcams have worked with Home Assistant and how they managed to get them to work; as well as what features those webcams may match my “requirements”. Once again, thank you for your reply.
