Device Class for volume/capacity states (i.e. robot vac trash bins)

I really like the binary sensor device classes, but one that is missing would be a Full/Not Full class. This would be useful for things like robot vacuum bins, smart cat litterboxes, could also be used if someone has set up sensors for garbage bins, laundry baskets, anything volume oriented like that.

Hoping other people agree!
