we moved into an old house and we’re having some problems with the electric system, therefore I’d like to log Voltage (and, if possible, Frequency, as well)
Looking around it seems SDM-120 should fit my case quite well, but the HA integration is not that easy
Do you happen to know other devices which provide an easier integration, by any chance?
All power monitoring smart plugs will have a voltage sensor. Not aware of any that have frequency though.
do you know some that can log as well?
Home assistant will take care of the logging it has a recorder database.
ThirdReality power monitoring zigbee plug has frequency. Don’t know if it updates fast enough to really diagnose issues with the power system, I might expect ‘electrical problems’ to be on pretty short timescale that might be missed.

From what I can tell this is a pretty popular brand in the community. I’m sure for everything that’s ever been made you can find at least one person who has some horror story about a malfunction.
