Device tracker for router model HUAWEI WiFi AX3 WS7200-20

This router model is being used in Switzerland by Salt (provider). It comes together with an LTE 5G modem. But the available device tracker huawei_router does not succeed in contacting the router. The message sequence below keeps being repeated.
As the device doesn’t have a user name but only an admin password, I cannot write a username in the configuration.yaml, but this is not accepted. It seems to me that the present solution (apparently written for devices used in Portugal) is not applicable to the model I have.
Can anyone help?

Really interested as well, just got this router to upgrade my wifi speed while my last router was compatible with HA…
