Why do i only see 2 devices which are updatable and not all ?
Which setting do i need to change to make all device updatable
You need to enable the firmware sensor in HA for each of your ESPHome devices. I believe it used to default to enabled but a while back it now defaults to disabled.
Where can i find this setting
Settings - Devices & Services - ESPHome - Select the device not showing updates
Under Configuration click show more, click firmware, click the cog and enable it.

You have to click on the device. The Firmware sensor is simply an entity associated with the device (like any other sensor, switch, etc.)
Edit: maybe I misread your post and you got it sorted out?
