Anyone else having this issue? Only happens on Mobile Devices. All the icons are gone
You didn’t mention what, if anything, you’ve tried, so I’ll start with the basics. Force reload the page by pulling down on the page and then letting go. If not that, force quit the app and restart it.
I thought maybe this was an issue in general. Yes I have refreshed, cleared cache, restored to an older version. Uninstalled and reset up. This happens on all Android and Ios devices. I also have 2 instances. On at my primary and vacation house. Both the same. Also if I go to the webpage no issues. But if I install it as an app on the home screen it has the same issue. It seems as though it has something to do with full screen?
Also this only happens on Devices and Services… Apps, automations, people… Everywhere no issue. Only the icons are missing there and devices page.
Ok something new I just found… I know the problem… but might need help with the solution.
This is 100% Cloudflare…
If I go to a local page no problem. but as soon as I go to a cloudflare page for remote access that’s when i have the issue. Hmmmmm… Strange
I ran into this issue after restarting Home Assistant in Firefox on desktop. Refreshing the page (F5) fixed it.
I tried that and much more. Seems definitely like a cloudflare issue. Almost like they are blocking the icons.
Hi @Chris8837, I’m also experiencing the issue, only for me it also doesn’t work when I access HA locally.
The icons are back when I switch to light mode. Does that also happen for you?
When I look at the network calls of the frontend, I can see a bunch of 404 responses. Seems like most integrations don’t have a dark_icon, so they can’t show anything in dark mode. It’s a bit weird that the light mode icons are not used as a fallback.
No amount of refreshing or clearing site data helped.
I tried to switch to Light mode. Same issue for me. Mine is certainly when I’m on cloudflare remote. Local works no problem.
If I’m on 5G and use tailscale to it mimicks im home also no issues. Only remote using cloudflare
