Devices are unavailable in Alexa-App

I am in the middle migrating from iobroker to ha. Yesterday i moved some devices from the iobroker alexa skill to ha. Now the alexa app shows no more devices, it looks like it trys to load, but nothing. Doing a fresh app install without success. The bad thing is, i must delete some of the iobroker stuff and can not because of this problem. Amazon says you have to disable all ha integratons becaus of a problem with the ha skill. Any ideas?

Hi,

Keep calm
I had this issue 2 days ago for about a week long.
I tried different things and don’t realy know what had fixed it :stuck_out_tongue:

Things I’ve done

  1. I updated the Alexa mobile app
  2. I installed a suggested HACS repo for the Alexa Devices integration, see below

Mentioned in this post

Point 2 did fix for sure my Alexa Media Player integration and Alexa Devices integration in Home Assistant.

AMP did not worked at all before adding the repo.
AD did but very unstable (Connected, disconnected every view minutes).

I don’t know if the above actions fixed my Alexa app but my devices are visible again.

Hope it helps a bit.

Thx for your reply. Have done the update and disabled the integration for now. Will look again tomorrow.

The App is working again, All you have to do is disable “Enable polling for changes” in the alexa device integration. This feature hammers the api so amazon blocks you.
