Did anyone ever solve getting video on Homekit from Nest Cam devices?

My Video appears in home assistant, but in homekit I get a black screen and an endless “loading” strober.
Sample configuration.yaml where I try to limit streaming to h264 (did not work) below

Scrypted is the way to put HA cameras into HK. It works great.
