So I have two Kwikset HC620 locks. Purchased the same day from the same place, added to the zwave network the same time, but they are showing different information in HA.
I’ve “reinterviewed” the one that doesn’t have the name below it.
This doesn’t seem to be a big deal, they both have all the same attributes listed a far as I can tell, but it just seems weird. Does anyone know why it would list the name of the device on one card and not list it on the other card?
Different firmware in the lock?
Dang, I forgot to upload the screenshot. That was my first thought as well, but firmware is the same.
What is different?
Well to be fair it’s the most minimal thing you could possible imagine. One of them has the name listed and the other one doesn’t. And not to make light of true OCD—and yes it does bug me that they are different, but its more than that because sometimes just seeing how these tiny, unimportant differences occur helps me understand the important things better.
Having said that, I don’t want anyone to spend much time on this because it so minor.
