Just wanted to share my version of standalone differential thermostat used to warmup water temperature in Spa: GitHub - miki71yu/ESPhome_differential_thermostat: Standalone Differential thermostat for solar or similar applications. Working with Home assistant.
Can be used for most heating applications, probably with some modifications.
DS18b20 Dallas temperature sensors and ESP32 used.
