Hi everyone,
I am setting up a lighting control system using standard momentary wall switches, smart Zigbee bulbs, and an in-wall Zigbee module.
My primary requirement is HA-independent control via direct Zigbee Binding: if Home Assistant or the coordinator goes down, pressing the wall switch must still control the lights directly.
The Setup
- Bulbs: Smart Zigbee bulbs powered with permanent 230V, bound inside a Zigbee Group.
- Switches: Standard wall push-buttons connected to an in-wall module.
- No Load: The module’s relay output (if present) remains unused.
