Display and edit MySQL Table in Frontend

Hi everyone,
This is my first development project within HA. My goal is to have a custom shopping list, which data is stored inside a MySQL table. I’ve already written a WPF Windows client, but now I want to bring it to HA.
What way would you choose to display and change a MySQL table?
