Does the Mosquitto App require the MQTT Integration

Hi all,
Probably a bit stupid question :wink:
I thought, when using the Mosquitto app I don’t need the MQTT integration. Am I right or wrong?

The Mosquitto app is the MQTT broker. To integrate the MQTT broker to HA you need the MQTT integration.

Also if you have an external MQTT broker then you don’t need the app, but to get messages from or to any MQTT broker working with HA you need the integration.
