Does your Airtouch5 ever turn off (indoor and outdoor) when zone setpoint reached

Recently installed my new ducted aircon
Panasonic 3 phasr 16KW with Airtouch5 and 7 zones with 7 sensors

Before I can start automation etc… I need to stabilize and get the aircon to run normally first.
Issue: my ducted system never cuts off.
When temp setpoint is reached it closes the zone and bypass firing 100% and thats it
Houra and even all night system would never shut off.

Backstory
Installed a Bypass duct and installer initially configured spill and bypass never worked and any random zones spilling air in any zones

Its now reconfigured, I have setup bypass and it auto detected the damper and in zones I can see bypass ramping up and down in % along with sync from other zones.

Please let me know if you had similar experience or how did you fix this?

Installer never did bypass before and but he was happy to learn and install but when configuration related fixes are required there is a lot of time consumed of I call him and him getting in touch with AT.

I am not a HVAC balancing technician but from what I read before installing my Daikin ducted system bypass systems are always on.

Bypass systems aren’t recommended. Instead modern residential HVAC systems just lower the fan speed as the zones close so there is no need to bypass the extra back pressure to the return duct.
