Using the Refoss EM16 I am able to monitor all power circuits in my house. I also have some Athom Tech ESPHome Plugs on a few appliances, eg fridge, washing machine and etc. Is there away to subtract the energy used by these appliance’s from the electricity circuit they a plugged into, so that when I add the power circuit to the Individual devices usage charts, the appliance energy usage isn’t doubled counted?
That is not possible but an all time wanted feature Energy dashboard - Nesting (multilevel) of Individual devices
The best way to realize that now is the sankey chart: GitHub - MindFreeze/ha-sankey-chart: A Home Assistant lovelace card to display a sankey chart. For example for power consumption
Also for your energy dashboard I wouldnt add the circuits as the dashboard is made for “Individual devices” and circuits are “untracked energy”.

Indeed a circuit is not an individual device, but a lot cheaper than purchasing an individual monitoring plug for everything.
