I own a Doorbird and I am very happy with it, and with its integration with HA (0.83.2), except that for the camera component, the ‘last ring’ image has never worked.
Am I the only one facing this issue? Any idea to solve this?
I am using the Doorbird integration. Last ring works for me the most time. However, it is a bit slow and flaky.
Yesterday it stopped updating, today It seems that the image is coming in with a 30sec delay. Since I have configured a iOS push with the images I cannot use the last ring image for the push.
For those to whom in could happen, I eventually solved it by playing with the authorisations for the specific user created in the Doorbird app.
Depsite that the user already had all necessary permissions, I unticked/ticked them and saved, and the Last Ring image suddenly appeared in my view…
