Hello, I bought the DS-KV6124-WBE1 model but it won't connect via MQTT. I've tried both add-ons and there's no response from the video intercom. Any solutions?

Are you running HAOS?
I've tried it with Home Assistant, but I can't get the integration to connect.
Did you try updating the speaker firmware so the red wire is energized.
I'm sorry, that is completely made up. Sir we have no context and have no idea what you are doing. If you are not using Home Assistant at all then you will have better response some place where they know the device you are using and the software you are using with it.
