I recently just started building my HA and I decided to run VMware on my DS918+. I m not sure what I have done wrong or is there any issue with DSM 7.1.1 and USB device? In my NAS UI, <control panel → external devices> does not show the connected device, is that normal?
I have the VMware and in the running HA with the USB3.0 device and ZBT-1 detected. In HA, I can also see the usb device connected to a USB port in <System → Hardware>. However, when I tried to configure in ZHA integration by choosing the specific port. It says “failed to connect”.
Alternatively, I tried to restart HA, setting it up through auto discovered ZBT-1 device, it would give me error as well saying I may not have the right permission and also asking me to make sure no other integration is using the device or radio signal?
