I signed up for a duckdns account, and watched a video on youtube, but it was for an older version, still somewhat helpful.

Below are the setttings for DNSMASQ
I set up port forwarding in my Router. It is an Asus.
I do not know much about DNS, never had to dig into, until now. Everything works internally on the network.
