Earu Electrical pressure water level sensor

Hi guys, I have tried to make a water level sensor with the Earu Electrical pressure water level sensor with Shelly uni. I have wired it all up and in my testing at half a “tank” of water it shows 2.7v and at 1/4 tank it shows 2.7v. it also jumps radically down too 2.0v back to 2.7v.

I cannot find any info on how to wire this correctly so I don’t know if I have done it correctly. I have tried to follow a YouTube video but they don’t show enough information. Has anyone any idea how to wire it up.

The probe has 6 wires, but only 3 came “pre-cut” as if to say use these. The colours are red, white & blue. Also unsure if I have use the correct wires on the uni tbh.

Sorry for the late reply.
Yes I have got a shelly uno, I think it’s called. It works great and works with home assistant with a little tinkering. I’m not as savy as most but it was pretty easy.
