Trying to add Rheem water heater, and this is the dialogue box I get after inputting userID/PWD. Anyone see this before and/or a solution? Thanks!
You’re not alone. When the Econet integration flopped a week or two ago, I removed it, then attempted to reinstall it. Reinstallation invariably fails with one of two error messages: “Unknown error” or “already_in_progress”. Fortunately, Rheem’s Android application still works well.
I guess I need info on how to find info. I was not aware of the “flop”. Thanks!
