I have 2 MOES thermostats on my electric towel rails. I have spent weeks trying to contact MOES but they never reply (DO NOT BUY MOES stuff, their support is non existent!), I have had lots of help from the HA community but it has not fixed the issue.
HA cannot report them accurately whatever integration (Tuya, Tuya_Local, SmartThings, Better Thermostat etc.) So is there an alternative product that HA will report correctly? They need to fit in a standard 3” recessed box, be accessible acurately by HA.
