Hi All,
We want to buy a new gate opener and we’ve found a supplier who has a model with bluethooth & Wifi. It interates with the app TMT Chow but this hasn’t a integration with HA. Is there someboy who can help me out how I can integrate this in HA?

What most folks do with their gates is to use a relay like a shelly and or an ESP32 setup to integrate them into HA.
Since it has BT what may be done is someone with experience might be able to help you setup a ESPBT relay to pass the BT controls to HA via MQTT passthrough.
Or if I can use a shelly its only wiring this then?
What type of shelly do I need to use then?
Start by posting here make and models of the gate opener or,better, a pic or a link to the pcb connection.
It will help to find the right place where wiring the esp/switch/relay

Hi, unluckily I don’t understand the lingo 
but from the schema I’d try to temporarily short with a piece of wire pins 18 and 19 or 20 and 21 and see what happens.
If the gate opens and closes then you could use any volt free/dry contact relay to pilot the gate, like shelly uni.
Then I’d try to measure the output voltage from the transformer to see if I could power the switches whithout the need of an external power supply, if your transformer output tension is 24Vac then you can power the uni directly with that.
