I am using an Elk M1 with Home Assistant. Its has some very important cross automations that control the water in my home in the event of a leak. I have had some communication issues, or needed to program the Elk M1. The Elk will only allow one simultaneous network connection to it so when I am using the Elk programming software Home Assistant will get kicked off by it. When this occurs the only solution I can find to reconnect it to reload the integration. The problem is I know I have the option enabled to reconnect. I just looked and I don’t see the option again so I am confused. The question I am asking is how often is the reconnection attempted and is there a way to change that frequency, OR is there a way to programatically attempt a reconnection?
