Curious what others have done here. I finally got my emporia vue 3 with esphome integrated. I am curious (for those on split phase in the US) if for your things like hot water heater, dryer, stove, hvac’s. Are you still submitting each individual ct clamp sensor to HA or are you combining it esphome and reporting it as a single sensor? I am curious as right now with the 8 ct clamps installed (2 are for the hot tub, 2 for the hotwater heater, 2 for the stove, 2 for the dryer) so that’s 8 sensors but those 8 sensors represent 4 physical devices that wouldn’t have shared power with anything else.
So I am thinking it would make sense to report these dedicated things as dedicated sensors in HA. But as I mentioned, I just got this going literally yesterday (LOL) so I have not experienced any nuances about combining or not and interested in what the community has done.
