Emulated Hue bridge endpoints for Vivaldi Browser

The Vivaldi web browser has integration with Phillips Hue to control light color based on what’s in a browser window. I’ve tried using this with Home Assistant’s Emulated Hue bridge, however it appears to lack the API endpoints that Vivaldi is looking for. It’d be nice to emulate more of the Hue API in order to support applications like this.
