Emulated Hue - Switching on dimming device brightness always 100% not lasst state

There seems to be a bug concerning dimmable devices switched on via Emulated Hue.

When i switch ON a device with Alexa i.e.

Lamp (brightness) or Mediadevice (volume !!!) is 100% not last state
