I am trying to troubleshoot zigbee devices disconnection. When trying to enable debug logging in ZHA the button is not there?

Browser cache issue? I can see it (& logs option, which you’re also missing) just fine
Is your ZHA integration failing to load? If so, it won’t populate the Logs or Enable Debug Logging functions in that menu. Or as @Shadowfist said, full reload.
