Energy calculation problem

Hi

I’m having a hard time configuring my power consumption and I need help.
I’ve tried searching for it but I can’t find anything similar. It just works for everyone it seems. I don’t know what to try next so I’m asking for help from someone who know stuff as I’m totally lost now. :slight_smile:

I have a solar edge inverter that supplies energy and I have a p1 sensor that reports consumption.

My problem is that I am not using all the solar power. Something is off here and I suspect that my P1 is accumulating the counter. The power is my actual power draw from the network and sometimes it’s negative when I return power and positive when I use it. But I can’t add it and it’s not ok because it can go into negative.

Can anyone help me with solving this?

I’ll add it here because I think I know what’s happening. My P1 was plugged in at 15:00 and since it has the info from then afterwards it just assumes that my solar power was the only energy provided.

I think that it actually works and that I’m just a fool because I didn’t wait for one day to make sure. :slight_smile:

What the top graph shows is where your energy came from or where it went. Now you use exactly the energy the solar produces and at 4 pm a little bit from the grid. What is missing are the export sensors under return to grid in the dashboard config
