Hello all,
Here’s the situation.
I have successfully integrated my meter and the solar system into Home Assistant and am now trying out the Energy Dashboard.
Maybe I don’t understand the meaning of the values, but I don’t understand this calculation:
The installed meter does not run backwards and I do not receive any money for too much electricity produced. Therefore, I don’t have to pay 3.5 kWh as calculated, but of course 3.7 kWh.
Have I used a wrong entity here?
Solar production of the day is calculated from the total yield of the solar installation.
The electricity meter reading is the current meter reading (can only increase).
Electricity meter Electricity fed in is the total amount of electricity fed in. (can also only become more)
