Energy Dashboard – No cost_sensor is being created

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with one of my Eve smart plugs and the Energy Dashboard in Home Assistant.

When I add this specific plug to the Energy Dashboard, the cost field remains empty—not even showing €0.00. Strangely, other Eve plugs of the same model work just fine and display the cost correctly.

I checked the entity and confirmed it’s an energy sensor with the correct measurement values. My guess is that the cost_sensor normally created automatically by the Energy Dashboard isn’t being generated for this particular entity—but I can’t figure out why.

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any tips on how to fix this?

Ok. Now i have the solution. The cost Sensor was invisible under an old name…
