Energy dashboard shows strange prices

I pull in market prices via entso-e and have those used in my energy configuration. When I look at the graph the hourly rates correspond with my energy suppliers information. But somehow since probably two beta versions of home assistant the cost calculation goes very wonky.

Did anybody experience anything similar?

Can you download and share the energy CSV?
How is your sensor configured in energy settings?

Here is the csv, and the setups of the sensor

What does the history of that price entity look like, have you looked at it to see if it is correct?

Yes makes sense

You’re not sharing the full picture.

Which price is wrong, Tariff 1 or Tariff 2?

I’m guessing you’re asking about Tariff 2, but you’ve apparently just shared me the details for Tariff 1, for which everything looks normal as far as I can tell.

No difference anymore between tariff one and two.
Before I had a contract with day and night rates, but now I have dynamic contract.

Though it does show that problem is with tariff two indeed.

The CSV would give more details but it’s restricted, I can’t see it.

It will tell you which cost entities have been created for each tariff, would suggest look at what is the id of the cost entity, and you can plot it side by side with the consumption in a history graph and get a closer look at how it is behaving.

Ok will do when I am back home tomorrow and can use laptop/excel. Thanks for now

ok think I am getting there, thanks to your help! I think it has to do with transition from night to day rate. Since not applicable for me anymore, I will see if I can remove this from the P1 integration.
