I installed a Shelly Pro3EM with 3 CTs. I have CTs A & B on the main legs coming into my panel and CTA on the neutral. I calibrated CTA to the neutral in the Shelly app. I am confused on the readings being shown on the energy dashboard. Under Power Sources graph, it shows everything in the negative and nothing for consumption. In the Electricity Usage graph, it shows usage for the entire day at 73.74kWh. I am no expert on how this is measured but, why is the Power Source in the negative with 0 consumption and the usage is showing 73kWh? Can someone please let me know if this is normal and/or explain how this is measured in HA?

The CT's are directional, and there should be an arrow on them pointing the direction. It sounds like you have them reversed.

I have the arrow pointing to the breakers in the panel. Meaning, the cables coming from the utility pole to the meter and running down to the breakers, the arrow is pointing in the direction of the breakers. The non arrow side is pointing to the utility pole (Source). Is this not how they should be oriented? I thought the arrow pointed in the direction of the electricity flow.

That is the correct orientation. What do you see when you log directly into the Shelly? The direction arrows there should also be pointing down indicating incoming current. On mine I’m using the 3rd clamp to measure 1/2 of my hot water heater circuit and in HA I double that to show actual usage.

Looks like phase A isn’t reporting any voltage. Bad connection on the wire ends or a bad CT clamp?

Phase A is on the Neutral.
