Energy values from Shelly3EM are 0

Hello,
I have installed a Shelly3EM in my home and it works fine. Now I did the same at my sister’s house, but there I do not get any energy values within the energy template. All “L1, L2, L3 Energy” values stay at 0. I do get “L1, L2, L3 Current, Power, Power Factor, and Voltage”. So it seems that the Shelly3EM is installed correctly.
I made a restart of the Shelly3EM and I also deleted the Shelly Integration from the devices. After restart of HA the Shelly3EM was found automatically again but still the energy values are 0.

Here are some lines fron the debug log:

What can I do to solve the problem?

Are you seeing an energy value directly on the Shelly 3EM?

Yes, I do. But this is the “Power”- value of the three channels. What is missing is the energy value in kWh. The energy entity is always 0.

Solved:
The SNTP Server of the Shelly3em was set to google. Now I changed that to “ptbtime1.ptb.de” and get the correct energy values. Without the correct time information, HA cannot calculate the energy.
