I’ve 7 smart plug model: TS011F_plug_1

and recently I noticed from the energy panel that the dryer connected to one of these smart sockets had not marked the consumption.
Going to look at the daily graph I noticed that there were negative consumptions!?
If I see che power graphics, all are normal.
But the energy graph has an anomalous trend.
Another strange thing is the configuration that is different from all other smart plugs (same model), this one has duplicate attributes. I tried to delete the duplicate attributes and make the configuration the same as other smart plugs, but the parameters reappeared.
Does anyone know if it is possible to hard reset the smart plug?
Or should I throw it away?
