When using the companion app on iOS/iPadOS, often times entity icons are missing in all pages be it dashboard, automations, entities, etc. Pulling down from the top temporarily refreshes the missing icons, however it’s tiresome as this happens very frequently. This isn’t a new issue and I’ve reported it many times hoping it would eventually get fixed. This only happens in the companion app. I love the companion app and getting this fixed would bring back much of the joy of using it. 
You’ll need to provide your HA system info and if your are using 3rd party cards installed via HACs.
