ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED after power off

Hi everybody,
i have a problem after a power outage of my raspberry.

I installed HA OS 17.0, After configuring it, everything works perfect.

When I simulate a power outage by disconnecting the power cable I cannot access the Webinterface, Homeassistant.local and also the configured IP isn`t working anymore.

This error is reproduceable since I am a beginner and just rewrote the image to the SD card and tried to reproduce it several times. Ping the IP address is not a problem.

192.168.178.123 haben die Verbindung verweigert.

Versuchen Sie Folgendes:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Anyone any hint? Or is there a need to reinstall the image after each power outage?

Why would you expect to be able to connect to a server that is powered down?

ok i think my post was misunderstanding, the HA was disconnected from power and the power cord has been reconnected, the error afterwards occur

Just pulling the plug on the power is a good way to break things.
Yes it happens IRL, but so do car accidents
I would not want to test if the airbags work in my car by crashing into a wall.

Connect a keyboard and monitor to see what is going on.
